PROJECT MANAGERS

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for the successful implementation of process automation and control-related projects as applied to various industries including oil & gas, chemical, sugar, and power and utility.
• Liaise with customers and end-users to achieve project goals and be responsible for different aspects of project implementation including sales support, commercial negotiations, contract review and management, project planning, scheduling, cost control, procurement, engineering and site installation

Qualifications:

• Male, Degree/Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Have at least 3 years medium to large scale project management experience.
• Should be a team player with the ability to lead large and diverse project teams.
• Proficient in MS Projects or other project management tools

SR. PROJECT ENGINEERS

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead in the implementation of one or more engineering projects, including project specification, design implementation and testing; Responsible for fulfilling the customers' budgetary and scheduling requirements, as well as technical and commercial specifications; Interface with customers, and manage the remote engineering centre and suppliers.
• Will interpret piping and instrument diagram (P&ID) and use Auto Cad to generate detailed loop drawings, instrument hook up details and instrument lay out plan. Conduct site surveys, generate estimates/ project costing and site installation supervision.

Qualifications:

• Preferably with experience in an Instrumentation Engineering company or Oil & Gas Industry.
• Conversant in International Engineering Standard and Designs in Instrumentation
• Male; not more than 40 years old; Degree in EE/ECE/CoE/ChE/ME/ Instrumentation
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Flexible in job assignments; willing to travel and be trained.
• Above average written and verbal communication skills.
• Advantage will be given to those with any or all of the following competencies;
  - DCS/PLC hardware specification
  - Field Instruments Specification
  - Fieldbus engineering and commissioning
  - Panel engineering and wiring
  - Site/ Project management experience

PROJECT /INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEERS (SR and JR level)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preferably with work experience in process/industrial control automation, critical control application, Foundation Fieldbus and/or field instrumentation
• Sr. Engineers should have large-scale project experience
• Should be a team player with the ability to lead large and diverse project teams
• Proficient in MS Projects, Access, Excel. or other project management tools
• Knowledge in DCS hardware specifications or experience in Fieldbus is an advantage
• Flexible in job assignments; willing to travel (local & overseas) and be trained
• Skilled in panel engineering and wiring
• Familiarity with Intools is an advantage

SYSTEMS ENGINEERS (SR and JR level)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interpret SAMA diagrams, P&I Diagrams, Cause and effect charts, Schematic Diagrams and Control Narratives to generate Regulatory Control, Sequence Controls, HMI, Graphics in DCS; able to write functional design specification, log report, test scripts. Assignment to local and overseas projects for job execution.

Qualifications:

• Degree in ECE/ChE/IT/CoE/Computer Science/Mathematics; Male, not more than 45 years old
• Conversant in Systems Engineering Quality Standard and Designs
• Preferably with experience in Factory Automation, Fieldbus, Control Networks, and Software Programming
• Work experience in an engineering company or process Industry to execute DCS/PLC/SCADA/Information system-oriented instrumentation project is an advantage

SALES ENGINEERS (SR and JR level)

Responsible for the sales, promotion and marketing of Yokogawa Phils. Inc.'s products and services, prospecting, accounts generation and maintenance of clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Interpret customer's technical specification for instrumentation and control systems.
• Review bid documents and prepare proposal.
• Lead technical discussion with customers.
• Conduct site survey.
• Do technical presentation.

Qualifications:

• Male; not more than 45 years old, degree in EE/ChE/ECE
• At least 3 to 4 years experience in PLC or DCS & field instrumentation
• Preferably with Sales experience
• Computer literate and possesses a valid driver's license.

PROPOSAL ENGINEERS

Responsible for the evaluation of bid documents and technical specifications, preparation of proposals for process control systems (DCS, PLC)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate bid documents and technical specifications / requirements of clients
• Lead technical discussions or clarification meetings with clients, conduct site surveys
• Generate input/output list and System Configuration of the process control system (DCS, PLC)
• Solicit proposals from other vendors (field instruments, computers, peripherals)

Qualifications:

• Male, 22 to 45 years old, degree in ICE/ECE/EE/ChE
• Can interpret Piping and Instrument diagram
• Has knowledge in using Autocad
• Preferably 2 - 3 years experience in Instrumentation
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

SERVICE ENGINEERS (VISMIN)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs troubleshooting, repair and maintenance services of Yokogawa instruments
• Attends to client calls for technical information and goes to client site if necessary
• Provides standby support to clients under maintenance contract
• Travel and assist Sales Engineers in customer coverage

Qualifications:

• Male, 25 to 40 years old, degree in EE/ECE/ChE/ME/I&C or similar course
• Experience in troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of PCI/TMI/Analyzer/DCS is an advantage
• At least 3 years related experience preferably in Industrial set-up or Sugar Industry

PLANNING & CONTROL ASSISTANT

Generally attends to the logistic requirements of dispatched engineers: mobilization/demobilization, attendance, trip advances and allowances, reimbursements

Qualifications:

• Experience in proprietary accounting software package/s
• Knowledgeable in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Data gathering and report preparation
• Effective communication skills
• Knowledgeable in cost accounting/POC
• Preparation of billing/invoicing and documentation
• BS Accountancy graduate

PANEL WIRING TECHNICIAN

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Knowledgeable in panel layout, design and wiring, Labeling, Cabling, Terminating wires, sub panel layout and assembly including drilling and tapping.
• Perform functional and control simulation test with the use of standard test instrument.
• Knowledgeable in trouble shooting in petrochem and industrial instrumentation.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years experience in panel wiring in industrial automation or electrical control panels.
• Can read and interpret engineering drawings such as schematic, diagrams, termination drawings, etc.
• Preferably Technology graduate, Male, not more than 45 years old
