SALES ADMIN ASSISTANT

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor/College Degree in Business Management or its equivalent
  • With at least 1-2 years work experience in the same field
  • Must be well-organized and can manage documentations
  • Computer literate, well verse in general office procedures
  • With above average communication and interpersonal skills, can speak Chinese is an advantage


PAYROLL ASSISTANT

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or its equivalent
  • With at least 1-2 years significant work experience in the same position
  • Must have an extensive knowledge in timekeeping procedures, general payroll functions
  • Familiar in principles and implementation of statutory monetary benefits
  • Keen in details and highly analytical
  • With excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Highly proficient in MS Office applications specifically Excel or at least familiar in using HRIS
