150 OUTBOUND SALES AGENTS
(Internet Business Listing)

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate
  • 6 Months Experience or More - Premium Pay for Agents with at least 15 months experience
  • Preferably with Outbound Sales and Credit Card Extraction experience
  • Excellent English Communication and Comprehension Skills
  • Experience in handling Business to Business - Outbound Sales Campaign is an advantage
  • With aggressive, confident, assertive, and enthusiastic personality
  • Willing to work on night/ graveyard shift


TRAINER

Qualifications:

  • College Degree
  • 1 Year experience in Training
  • Experience in making modules and Curriculum Formulation
  • Experience in Coaching
  • Excellent English Communication Skills (both written and oral) and Presentation skills
  • No pending sanctions in current work
  • Knowledgeable in TNA, SWOT and RCA
  • Able to make reports for Training
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Practices Six Sigma preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in conducting Training sessions covering all phases of Training - Communications, Product, Incubation and Certification.
  • Provide Continuous Improvement Training to Operations or cross training if needed
  • Do reports related to Training
  • Have a project to improve a process
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by immediate supervisor


QUALITY ANALYST

Qualifications:

  • College Degree
  • Regular Employee
  • Experience in Call Monitoring preferred
  • 6 months experience in sales validation is an advantage
  • Excellent English Communication Skills (both written and oral)
  • Good product knowledge
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office Tools
  • No pending sanctions or attendance issues

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in doing sales validation in accordance to the program guidelines
  • Attend or conduct calibration sessions and team meetings
  • Do reports depending on the needs of the program
  • Use Quality tools for the analysis of agents performance and may be asked to have a project to improve a process
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by immediate supervisor


OJT

Qualifications:

  • Preferably a student of Human Resource or Marketing related course
  • Hardworking
  • Has a healthy working attitude
  • Good-Excellent Communication Skills or Communicates well in English
