Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling sales calls & email enquires in a professional manner
  • Listening to customers' needs & making product recommendations
  • Communicating clear and concise product information to customers
  • Processing orders by referring to price lists and product literature through various systems
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess a University/College Degree or equivalent
  • Call center experience handling a Sales account (inbound/outbound) is a must
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Familiar with web based tools navigation
  • Can easily adapt with multi-product selling
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be aggressive, persistent, highly motivated, and goal oriented
  • Experience in Telecommunications or an ISP account is an advantage
  • Knowledge in DSL Internet and Mobile is an advantage

B2B SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries of potential business clients via on-phone consultations and laying out possible solutions to prospective customers based on their needs and requirements.
  • Analyse small-to- medium market needs that may be addressed by services and other solutions offered by TPG
  • Close real-time business sales if requested by the potential client
  • Attend to sales enquiries of residential and mobile customers and process sales applications real-time
  • Provide assistance to general and specific sales enquiries of potential customers via email.
  • Create and maintain a database of potential business customers for different outbound campaigns
  • Call out potential business customers to discuss business opportunities and schedule phone meetings with business development managers (for certain business products), or close sales real-time
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure that all customer's enquiries, requests and issues are appropriately handled.
  • Serve as subject matter experts on business products and features

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of BPO Sales experience
  • Must be a graduate of a 4-year course or equivalent
  • Proven track record of excellence
  • Experience in dealing with small - medium businesses and B2B accounts is a plus
  • Telco background in Technical Support/Customer Service with Sales environment preferred
  • Outbound Sales and Leads Generation experience is an advantage
  • Intermediate knowledge of basic Office applications i.e. MS Word and MS Excel
  • Knowledge in basic network products is a plus
  • Excellent customer service, communication (both written and verbal) skills
  • Team player, proactive and exhibits initiative to take on new task - Inbound and Outbound Sales
  • Good analytical and multitasking skills
