SYSTEM DEVELOPER

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information System, or Computer Engineering.
  • With at least 3 to 4 years work experience as VB and web programmer, doing system development, testing, user training, implementation, and customer support.
  • With experience in the development, support, and rollout of Timekeeping and Payroll Systems.
  • Has Project Management potential and familiar with agile methodology.
  • Detail-oriented and with strong analytical skills
  • Can work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Makati City.


SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Preferably, candidate must be a graduate of IT, Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
  • With at least 2 years experience as a System Administrator.
  • With solid background on Dell/IBM/HP hardware system and Windows Operating Systems.
  • With specialization in Web and application server administration, Active directory, DNS, SSL certificates, Cloud computing and virtualization
  • With knowledge of system monitoring and performance tools.
  • Knowledgeable with AWS cloud deployment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Has the ability to work under pressure or with tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and can work with minimum supervision.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Makati/Pasig City


ACCOUNTING OFFICER

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of Accountancy, Finance or other related course.
  • With at least 5 years of working experience in Accounting full cycle
  • With experience in dping payroll, accounts payables/receivables and other aspects of general accounting
  • Knowledgeable in using MS Applications such as Excel, PPT, and Word.
  • Has the ability to work under pressure and adapt to the company's environment.
  • Can work independently and under pressure
  • Detail-oriented and with great analytical skills
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Makati City.


ANDROID DEVELOPER

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related field.
  • With at least 2 years of experience developing/designing Android applications
  • Has proven software development experience and Android skills development
  • Preferably with a published app in App Store or Google Play Store
  • Has an experience with Android SDK and working with remote data via REST and JSON
  • Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
  • Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
  • Knowledgeable in Project Management and can work under tight timeline.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig City.


QA TESTER

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of any degree or at least with a vocational certification in Programming, Software Development or related background.
  • With at least 2-3 years of working experience, preferably in QA Testing.
  • With experience in using JMeter and knowledge with different test management softwares.
  • With experience or working knowledge in project management and QA methodology.
  • Has the ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
  • Has the ability to work with a set timeline and knows how to prioritize.
  • With excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and has strong organizational skills.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig City


HR EXECUTIVE (Employee & Labor Relations)

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Must have a minimum of 6 months of experience for the position
  • Must have at least 6 months experience in HR Labor Relations and Administrations
  • Must be flexible with changes
  • Must be open to shift schedule
  • Willing to work in McKinley, Taguig City


HR BUSINESS PARTNER

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or any related field.
  • With at least 2 years of experience handling Employee Relations and/or General HR.
  • Preferably has an experience as a Specialist or Supervisory role.
  • Working experience in the BPO industry is an advantage but not necessary.
  • Good HR Process knowledge
  • Has Project management and controlling ability
  • Organized, detail oriented and methodical
  • Proficient in MS tools and application: MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Project, others
  • Good interpersonal and employee relations skills
  • Has the ability to work under pressure
  • Has the ability to manage change
  • Efficient problem solving and analytical skills
  • Willing to work in a Graveyard or Shifting schedule.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Makati City.


ACCOUNTING PERSONNEL/ASSISTANT

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of Accountancy, Finance or other related course.
  • With at least one year working experience in Bookkeeping and general Accounting.
  • With knowledge in payroll, accounts payables/receivables and other aspects of general accounting
  • Knowledgeable in using MS Applications such as Excel, PPT, and Word.
  • Has the ability to work under pressure and adapt to the company's environment.
  • Can work with minimal supervision.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Makati City.


LEGAL ASSISTANT

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Preferably a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Legal Management, Political Science or with units in Law. Background
  • With at least 2 years of related working experience
  • Knowledge in processing of permits, certificates, or registration such as in SEC is an advantage
  • Preferably knows how to drive and has a driver's license
  • With excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Has strong organizational skills and can work under minimum supervision
  • Experience gained from corporate and law firm industry is a plus.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.


OPERATIONS COMMUNICATION COACH

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of Mass Communication, Linguistics or related field.
  • With at least 1 year work experience as an Operations' Communication or Quality Coach in a BPO company.
  • Must have above average English language communication skills
  • Must be flexible with changes
  • Candidate must be willing to work in shifting schedules
  • Willing to work in McKinley West, Taguig City
  • Preferably can start ASAP.


ACCOUNTANT / ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Graduate of Accountancy course and must be a CPA.
  • With at least three (3) years of Accounting exposure doing the following:
    • Reconciles with the Accounts Receivable Clerk to assure correctness of records, and checks the Aging of Accounts.
    • Checks the report submitted by the Bookkeeper.
    • Render regular report of the financial condition and operation of the business, monthly, quarterly, annually or as may be required the management and/or Board of Directors
    • Make available for Audit purposes all the books of accounts, documents, billing invoices, Official Receipts, Acknowledgement Receipt, vouchers, contracts, and other records concerning the business.
    • Provide assistance to management in the preparation of report to the Board and Directors and Stockholders


ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of Accountancy, Finance or other related course.
  • With at least one year working experience in Bookkeeping and Accounting.

MERCHANT SALES EXECUTIVE

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a vocational diploma or a short course certification in any field.
  • With at least a year of sales and marketing experience in related industry.
  • With at least average English communication skills
  • With skills in client prospecting, sales and fieldwork
  • Willing to perform fieldwork type of selling.


AUDIT ASSOCIATE

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology, BSBA Major in Auditing, and BS Accountancy.
  • CPA Board Passer or Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) Exam passer is as advantage.
  • With at least one (1) year experience in the field of auditing or accounting.
  • With relevant work exposure in Auditing, systems and procedure formulation.
  • Proficient in any accounting computer application.
  • Must be flexible, discreet and trustworthy with high sense of responsibility.
  • Proficient in different spread sheet presentation.
  • Must be analytical, systematic and articulate.
  • A team player with good communication skills.
  • Keen in details, observant and works with minimum supervision.
  • Willing to work in Quezon City


WRITER & COMMUNICATION STAFF

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of BA Journalism, BA Mass Communication or other related degree.
  • With at least 1 year writing experience, preferably for Public Relations.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop
  • With excellent Interpersonal, Intra-Communication, Verbal and Writing Skills.
  • With basic photography skills
  • Has multimedia know-how including basic video-editing and lay-outing for print
  • A team player who can also work under pressure or tight deadlines
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Aurora Boulevard, Quezon City.


ACCOUNT MANAGER

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-years Business course, Accountancy or related field
  • With at-least 4 years of working experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably in the real estate, banking or hospitality industry.
  • With experience or background in Account Management and Leasing
  • With excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Can work with minimal supervision and with the ability to multi-task.
  • Organized, honest, trustworthy and hardworking
  • Computer literate and client-oriented
  • Must have knowledge or interest in the Real Estate industry.
  • Willing to work in Makati City.


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS SUPERVISOR

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year business course.
  • With at least 2 years' experience in statutory process.
  • With at least 3 years' experience as a Supervisor
  • With knowledge and understanding of different benefits plans (retirement, health, dental insurance etc.) and relevant regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office and/or HRMS System (e.g. SAP)
  • With knowledge and experience in data recording and analysis
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of Business Management, Marketing or any related field.
  • With at least 3 years of working experience in Business Development and Marketing.
  • Preferably with experience in marketing business solutions or services in the Architectural Industry.
  • With experience in marketing business solutions or services using multi - media strategies.
  • Must be a tech and social media savvy.
  • With experience in marketing with the use of Social Media platforms and other digital marketing tools.
  • Background in Architecture is a PLUS.
