Qualifications:

Over-seeing the day operations of the human resource department, where its key thrust involves Recruitment, Placement and Selection; Compensation and Benefits Administration; Employee Relations; training and Organizational Development and Labor Relations.

• Male or female, not more than 45 years old
• Graduate of any 4 year business course, preferably Human Resource Management, AB/BS psychology, Political Science or any related courses
• Must have at least 5 years work-related experience in fast moving Consumer Goods or Food Industry on which 3 years is in a supervisory level/ capacity
• Knowledge in Competency-Based Appraisal (KRA’s vs KPI’s)
• Exceptional Communication skills both oral and written
• With Leadership qualities
• Ability to timely execute HR programs to address current issues
• Adept on Employees statutory Benefits and its administration
• Sound Application and Administering of disciplinary action and twin requirements for due process and erring employees

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4 year business course, preferably Management, Commerce or any related courses
• Must have at least 2-3 years work-related experience preferably in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods or food industry on which 1 year is in a supervisory level/ capacity
