Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of Call Center or relevant process experience including process improvement and performance management experience along with manager/supervising experience
- Team handling experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- Ability to present data at staff, peer, management and committee level
- Adaptive. Able to function at a high competency level and change focus to meet newly established priorities
- Accepts direction and assignment to get job done and ability to work under pressure
