INTERNAL INVENTORY AUDITOR

Responsibilities:

• Reconciling and reporting all aspects of invertory in main awrehouse and outlets nationwide.
• Perform proper monthly tracking and checking of sales to computer balances
• Manage inventory levels and minimize losses.
• Interact with fulfillment department to ensure inventory and order processes are followed.
• Interfaced with implementation in sales groups to fine tune and maintain order processing and fulfillment.
• Ensure all internal documents regarding inventory or stock movement are reviewed, improved upon, implemented and enforced.
• Interface with warehouse department and other related departments to maximize efficiencies and enforce policies.
• Oversight and scheduling of physical inventory on a yearly basis with responsibility of results.

Qualifications:

• Male, not more than 40 years old
• Graduate of BS Accountancy or related field
• At least five (5) years full time audit workplace experience
• Intermediate PC and database skills
• Willing to travel
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimum supervision
• Good communication skills (oral and written), tactful, flexible, persistent, objective and with integrity.

WAREHOUSE STOCK PERSONNEL

Responsibilities:

• Performing a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products to a variety of internal and external customers.

Qualifications:

• Male, not more than 30 years old
• Graduate of any four year course
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimum supervision
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal and communciation skills, fast, accurate, patient, flexible, good character
