Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any business course
- At least three (3) years management experience preferably in real estate industry
- Fookien or Mandarin speaking is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to work in a team
SR. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Electrical Engineer. Preferably licensed.
- At least eight (8) years experience in the same position in real state industry.
- Adept and updated with the most recent building / construction government rulings
- Pleasing personality and excellent communication skills
- Extensive experience in Auto CADD and other Engineering programs and system
SR. MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineer. Preferably licensed
- At least eight (8) years experience in the same position in real state industry
- Adept and updated with the most recent building / construction government rulings
- Pleasing personality and excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Extensive experience in Auto CADD and other Engineering programs and systems
TURNOVER MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Civil Engineer / Architectural. Preferably Licensed
- At least five (5) years experience in construction / project management operations / architectural designs
- Have background in turnover and property management
- Have experience in high rise projects
- Strong organizational, analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills
- Possess good communication skills
- Supervisory skills
SR. PROJECT MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Registered Civil Engineer
- At least eight (8) years experience in construction / project management operations
- Strong organizational, analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills
- Experience in Real Estate Industry is an advantage
- Experience in High Rise projects
- Possess good communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
