Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Community Development, Sociology, Management or related field
- Minimum three years experience managing projects of programs
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience in training and meeting conference organizing
- Familiarity with marketing, budgeting, and of proposal/ report writing
- Willingness to travel around Metro Manila and to all regions of the Philippines
- Experience in teaching education programs. Or with public schools an advantage
- Fluency in English and Filipino, both written and oral
