Urgently need the following:
AGENCY DIRECTOR
The Agency Director will be responsible for leading
a professional team and staff to strategically plan for and achieve
its goals and mission. Work will entail effective, planning, resources
mobilization, and managing the day-to-day operations the agency, primarily
coveting the implementation of social welfare service programs.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Social Work of related studies, preferably with Masteral
degree
- With at least 8 years of experience in a senior management role,
preferable along development work
- With substantial hands-on experience in managing funds, projects
and people
- With experience in networking with similar organizations and in
raising funds locally from corporations and Aid agencies
- Should have a high level of knowledge and understanding of financial
procedures and local laws
- With very good communication and interpersonal skills
