Childfund Philippines is a child development and protection agency that works in 27 provinces all over the country has an immediate need for a Safety & Security Manager who will be responsible for designing, managing, implementing and reviewing the personnel and asset security management plans, policies, and procedures , as well as the safety procedures and standards to strengthen existing organizational systems. Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct threat and risk assessments
2. Coordinate and manage response to critical incidents
3. Liaise with the police, military, government, NGOs and others for coordination and information exchange and
4. Implement safety and security policies, procedures and relevant plans.

Qualifications:

• The successful candidate should have extensive experience in safety and security management and procedures, particularly in Mindanao; strong interpersonal skills; ability to work under unstable work environment; and above-average oral and written English skills. The post will be based in Mindanao.
