HOTEL OPERATIONS MANAGER
Qualifications:
- With at least 10 years experience in the hospitality industry
- Must have a strong background in handling and managing rooms operation
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Responsible for the Management, profitability and development of the property
- Must have An Excellent eye for details, analytic skills and strong leadership qualities
- Must have experience in International chain property
RESTAURANT MANAGERS
(Coffee Shop & Chinese Restaurant)
Qualifications:
- Male/female, 35 to 45 years with excellent communication and leadership skills
- Must have strong marketing and branding skills and experience
- With experience in managing top-class restaurants
- Must have the ability to execute a Food and Beverage Plan and optimize quality levels of product and services
- Must be able to design and conduct training program for the outlet staff
SALES EXECUTIVE
Qualifications:
- Preferably with a degree in Marketing in Hotel & Restaurant Management
- With at least two (2) years experience in Sales and marketing in a Hotel or same industry
- Must have excellent communication and sales skills
- Honest and Trustworthy
- Can work well under pressure and can very well deal with different types of people]
- Aggressive, creative, and has an astute sense of identifiying market needs
CHEF DE PARTIE
Qualifications:
- Preferably a graduate from a reputable Culinary School
- Knowledgeable in controlling/ minimizing spoilage and waste
- Knowledge in preparing Western, Asian and Filipino Cuisine
- With experience in 4 or 5 star international hotel or top class restaurants
GENERAL ACCOUNTANT
Qualifications:
- Male / Female, must be a certified Public Accountant
- With at least three (3) years experience handling general accounting in a hotel or same industry
- Can timely and accurately prepare financial reports and assist in a hotel accounting
- Knowledge in Opera (f & B and FO audit) and Sun System is an advantage
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RECEIVABLE CLERK
Qualifications:
- Male / Female, Accounting Graduate from a reputable school
- Proficient in Microsoft office Application
- Can perform well under pressure with minimum supervision
- Highly energetic and aggressive
- Experience in cheque preparation. Billing and collection
ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN
Qualifications:
- Male, graduate of any engineering technician course
- Must be familiar with electro-mechanical and plumbing
