Qualifications:

• (CompSci, IT,CoE); or Graduate of a 2-3 year Associate Technical Degree.
• Good English verbal communication skills, including active listening
• Computer literate and proficient in typing
• Willing to work at during night shifts and extended hours
• Customer focused and patient in handling customer concerns
• Enthusiastic, prompt, and courteous
• High tolerance for stress
• Pleasant disposition
• Excellent judgment skills
• Has excellent analytical and probing skills

OUTBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Qualifications:

• Has completed at least 2 years of College
• Experience in Telemarketing/sales is an advantage but not necessary
• Possesses good persuasion skills
• Enthusiastic, spontaneous and creative
• Can handle pressure well.
• Good English verbal communication skills, including active listening
