TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE FOR DSL and INTERNET CONNECTIONS

Qualifications:

• Finished at least 2 years in college or similar college-level education (any course)
• Working knowledge of computers including DSL and Internet Connections
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Willing to be assigned in Quezon City

TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE FOR LAPTOPS (PIONEER ACCOUNT)

Qualifications:

• Completed at least 2 years of college study. University degree preferred.
• Preferably with minimum of 6 months call center experience
• Basics of Computers including Operating Systems, hardware and internet.
• A working knowledge of MS Word / Excel
• Good Communication Skills
