Specialized VoIP Gateway/Asterisk Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Primarily handle all voice and telephony requirements
• Assist in managing and troubleshooting system/network issues
• Assist in providing user support for the organization

Qualifications:

• VOIP experience using Asterisk
• General Linux and Windows administration and networking
• PHP development skills a major plus

• Strong Analytical skills

Call Center Agents

Responsibilities:

Meet or exceed sales targets/quota and quality measurements to ensure activity levels are sufficient enough to drive results (for outbound).

Qualifications:

• Excellent command of the English language
• Aggressive/strong personality
• Strong tolerance to stress and pressure
• Must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree, in any field
• Amenable to work on holidays and in shifting and graveyard schedule.
• Must be willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City
• Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Quality Assurance Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Conduct call monitoring and coaching activities on assigned campaigns.
• Develop, create and coordinate all reporting requirements to internal and external stakeholders.
• Spearhead Quality Assurance (QA) initiatives necessary to improve campaigns and Magellan processes.

Qualifications:

• Good analytical and listening comprehension skills
• High proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Can work independently on designated projects and seamlessly work with team members
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
• Must be at least College Level (4th year standing) in any field
• Must have at least 1 year QA experience
• Must be between 21 to 35 years old
• Must be willing to work in San Juan City
• Full-Time position
