Qualifications:

SALES SUPPORT LEADS
Generates and submits sales proposals and coordinates sales activities for the IBM North America sales team.
Qualifications:
- At least two years work experience in any field, preferably with sales background
- College graduate of any 4-year course

TECHNICAL SPECIALISTS
Responsible for providing excellent technical support service by phone for one of the world’s leading manufacturers of Consumer Electronics.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Highly proficient in computers and internet applications
- Completed at least 3 years of college education, or a 2-year diploma/certificate course, preferably in an Engineering or Computer-related field
- Experience as technical support in a call center environment, particularly in troubleshooting, is a definite advantage
- Willing to work in a schedule-shifting environment, including graveyard, holiday and weekend shifts
- Familiarity with the Mac OS, or certification on A+, NET or Cisco CCNA is preferred but not required

Responsible for providing excellent customer service by phone for one of the world’s leading Consumer Banks.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills

Qualifications:

- Willing to work in a schedule-shifting environment, including graveyard, holiday and weekend shifts
- Work experience in the Travel Industry (i.e. as a reservation agent with good travel training and familiarity with IATA) is an advantage
- Experience in upselling and cross-selling is also an advantage
