• Bachelors of Laws
• 6 years of relevents legal experience in banking, finance or corporate practice
• Four (4) hours of relevant training
• RA 1080 Bar
• Well versed in written and spoken English
• High analytical and problem resolution skills
• Works well individually or with a team
• Results-oriented
• Not more than 35 years old
