SHORT-TERM CONSULTANCY FOR THE HIV/ AIDS PROGRAM

For an annual work plan activity with the National Economic and Development Authority, UNICEF is in need of an institution to support the following project:

Assesment of Gender-and Age-Sensitivity of the Current AIDS Response in the Philippines

The objectives are:

• To conduct a country analysis of gender- and age-sensitivity of policies, guidelines and key documents
• To develop gender- and age-sensitive AIDS indicators
• To prepare a Country Analysis Report

INQUIRY: A detailed Terms of Reference is available upon request through hrmanila@unicef.org. Deadline for proposal submission is December 17, 2009. The consultancy is expected to start January 15, 2010.
