1-year Subspecialty Fellowship Training Program in Non-Invasive
Diagnostic Cardiology, Invasive Cardiology, Peripheral Vascular, Critical
Care Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Adult Pulmonary
Medicine and Pediatric Pulmonary Medicine
Qualifications:
- Have completed Residency Training in Internal Medicine and Fellowship in Cardiology in PCP and PCC accredited Institutions respectively
- PCP Diplomate
- A Research Proposal which must be submitted and approved by the DETR. Applicants with proposal are not approved by DETR will not be processed
FELLOWSHIPS
Qualifications:
- Adult Cardiology
- Certificate of Residency Training in Internal Medicine accredited by PCP
- PCP Diplomate
PEDIATRIC PULMOLOGY MEDICINE SECTION
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Residency in General Pediatrics Society accredited Institution
- Have passed the written examination for PPS Diplomate written examination at time of application
General Requirements
- Medical Diploma (Certified True Copy)
- Transcript of Records with the General Weighted Average (Certified True Copy)
- Itemized Board Rating (Certified True Copy)
- Three (3) Letters of Recommendation with at least one letter written by the Training Officer &/or Director of the previous Training Programs (duplicate letters or photocopies will not be accepted and will invalidate application)
- Four (4) pcs 2”x2” colored picture
- Psychological test to be done at PHC-HRD
