MOLDEX REALTY MARKETING INCORPORATED (MRMI) is one of the subsidiary companies of the Moldex Group of Companies (MGOC). Its primary function is to aggressively and efficiently market all projects being offered by Moldex Realty Inc. (MRI), developer of first class residential subdivision housing projects and Moldex Land Inc. (MLI), developer of high rise projects.

ASSISTANT VICE-PRESIDENT FOR SALES

With at least five (5) year experience in the same capacity, preferably in the Real Estate industry. Good leadership and management skills, can design & implement an effective marketing plan. With an existing sales force of at least 5 Sales Director with 10 Sales Executive each. With entrepreneurial skills. Preferably with a vehiclePreferably with a vehicle.

MARKETING DIRECTORS

With an extensive experience in sales preferably in real estate. Has an existing pool of network members. Is fast-paced and goal-oriented. With entrepreneurial skills and can work under pressure.

SALES DIRECTORS

Male/Female, with an extensive experience in sales preferably in real estate. Has an existing pool of network members. Is fast-paced and goal-oriented. With entrepreneurial skills and can work under pressure.

SALES OPERATIONS MANAGER

With at least five (5) years experience, preferably in the real estate industry. Good leadership and management skills, can design and implement an effective marketing plan. With extensive experience in Marketing Management preferably of an in-house sales force. Pressure-driven.
