DATABASE SPECIALIST

The applicant should be:

• Be a national by any ASEAN Member Country, with an advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Environmental Science and related fields).
• Have at least 5 years of relevant and progressively responsible experience in using information management to improve business processes, analysis and articulating information management requirements of complex situations of multiple stakeholders.
• Submit:

PROGRAMMER

The applicant should be:

• Be a national of any ASEAN Member Country, with a Bachelorís Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or equivalent/related fields.
• Have experience in handling data and information collected; an in-depth knowledge of relevant web publishing programming languages and associated component applications (e.g. UMN Mapserver, PHP, MySQL, APche, Phython, etc.); and analysis/programming aptitude.
• Have experience in using the following technologies: Windows 98 and NT operating systems; client/server hardware and software; input/output technology, internet services and related technologies.
• Should submit:

2. Comprehensive Curriculum Vitae with photo
