SENIOR GUARANTEES AND SYNDICATIONS OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Building up the technical capacity of the Office of Cofinancing Operations by performing para-professional work broader responsibilities and greater technical depth, encompassing Office-wide accountabilities
- Participating in structuring, executing, and syndicating loan and project finance transactions requiring commercial cofinancing
- Managing syndicated loans and guarantees
Reporting Arrangement:
- The position reports to the Director, Office of Cofinancing Operations.
Selection Criteria:
- Suitability to undertake the responsibilities mentioned above at the required level
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related fields, or CFA
- 10 years of relevant professional work experience, with at least 5 years of experience at a senior level in a private sector lending agency
- At least 5 years of experience in structuring, executing, and syndicating loan and project finance transactions for infrastructure and / or financial sector projects
- Strong analytical, credit evaluation, risk mitigation, and report preparation skills
- Ability to set priorities for assigned tasks.
