VACANCIES


FOXPRO PROGRAMMER
* Bachelor´s Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or any IT-related course
* At least 1 year intensive experience using FOXPRO Very analytical and team-oriented

FOX PRO SYSTEMS ANALYST
* Bachelor´s Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or any IT-related course
* At least 2 years experience using FOXPRO
* Experience in systems design and some tools
* Experience in handling a team is an advantage Good Communication Skills

JAVA PROGRAMMERS
* Bachelor´s Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or Any Course as long as with solid programming work experience
* Minimum 1 year work experience developing Java applications (J2SE/J2EE); preference is given to those with experience in Spring and Struts framework
* Knowledge in Linux is a plus
* Preference is given to those with experience working in a Consulting company and those trained in any software development methodology
* Fresh Graduates from reputable schools are welcome to apply as long as they graduated with Honors

SERVER ENGINEER
* Graduate of any IT Related course, must have at least 2 years related experience
* Familiar with Active Directory, Group Policy setting, and System Administration
* Can implement server redundancy and implement Backup and Restore process

OUTBOUND CALL CENTER EXECUTIVES
* At least 2nd year College, any course
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident, spontaneous and enthusiastic
* Provide strong customer service orientation
* Preferably with call center experience, but not required
* Willing to work on shifting schedule, graveyard shift, weekends and long hours

SALES OFFICER/MANAGER
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor´s Degree from a reputable school
* At least 1 -2 years experience in corporate sales preferably in a call center environment
* Background in US, UK, Australia, Telco, Financial, Insurance, Automotive, Consumer Goods
* Should be detail-oriented and a team player
* Should be enthusiastic about building solid relationship with clients Should have excellent communication and presentation skills
* Energetic and outgoing personality
* Fluent in English, both oral and written
* Work experience gained from a Call Center is a definite advantage but not a requirement
* Strong Client Relations Management
* Skills Willing to work on rotating/changing shifts

ENCODERS
* Good communication skills
* Proficient with the use of Excel and Word Above average encoding skills
* Experience in Human Resources is an advantage
* Willing to work on weekends

HR PAYROLL ASSOCIATE
* Bachelor´s degree in Industrial Psychology or any related course
* Knowledgeable in compensation and benefits and HR practices
* Detail - Oriented, People - Oriented
* Willing to extend hours and on shifting schedule
* At least 6 months work experience in payroll or compensation and benefits

RECRUITMENT ASSOCIATE
* At least 2 years college education or equivalent work experience
* Familiar with all human resource areas specifically recruitment
* Knowledge of local labor laws, government regulations and compliance requirements is a plus
* Has excellent verbal and written English communication skills
* Possesses strong planning, organizational and coordination skills
* Above average people skills
* Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

RECRUITMENT GENERALIST
* Bachelor Degree
* Minimum of 6 months solid experience in a call center environment
* Minimum of 1 year solid experience in HR-recruitment
* Proficient in targeted selection interviewing techniques
* Familiar with all human resource areas specifically recruitment
* Knowledge of local labor laws, government regulations and compliance requirements is a plus
* Has excellent verbal and written English communication skills
* Possesses strong planning, organizational and coordination skills
* Above average people skills
* Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

QUALITY & COMPLIANCE STAFF
* Must be a graduate of a 4-year course
* Will function as a transcriber of Quality and Compliance director
* Experience in the same field is an advantage
* Good oral and written communication

QUALITY & COMPLIANCE ANALYST
* Graduate of Industrial Engineering or related course
* Experience in ISO 9000 and other quality improvement programs is an Advantage
* Knows how to develop and implement processes and systems to improve overall quality of the organization
* Keen to details and very analytical
* Good oral and written communication

FRONT DESK PERSONNEL
* Pleasing personality
* Good oral and written communication skills knowledge in basic MS Office program (excel, word, powerpoint to related program)
* Good moral character

UTILITY PERSONNEL
* Male
* Willing to work on graveyard shift
* Will work as a bag counter personnel and locker room personnel

ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
* Female
* Graduate of any 4 year course
* 35 years old and below
* Experience in administration
