VACANCIES

CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER / ASSISTANT
* Processes official sales documents and monitoring of sale receivables.
* Handles responsibilities of a docket custodian.
* Candidates should be graduates of Marketing or any business course from reputable Universities; should have at least 2 years work experience in a customer service-oriented industry in managerial or supervisory position; with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

COLLECTION MANAGEMENT OFFICER
* Oversees and monitors performance of the collection team.
* Follow ups payments from past due account and those for check replenishments through the use of timely and accurate sending of collection notices, conducting telephone calls and undertaking personal visits
* Recommends delinquent accounts for cancellation and eviction of cancelled moved-in accounts.
* Reconciles outstanding balance and payments of buyers.
* Entertains and provides feedback to queries and complaints through buyers’ phone call, correspondences and visits.
* Generates and analyzes different collections reports.
* Assists in updating buyer’s contact information.
* Candidates should be graduates of Marketing or any business course from reputable Universities; must have at least 2 years experience in collection preferably in the real estate industry; must have excellent communication and coordination skills; must have strong customer service orientation.

CUSTOMER FULFILLMENT OFFICER
* Attends daily Customer Fulfillment transactions with high level of consistency and accurateness
* Ensures all documents submitted to PAGIBIG for filing and Titling/loan guarantee processing are screened, reviewed, completed and monitored until loan take out.
* Ensures all house and lots are constructed on time and monitored until turn-over to buyer.
* Must be holder of Bachelor’s Degree of any Business Course. With excellent communications, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Must be keen on details and high regard in accuracy and timeliness. Experience in Customer Service Department of a Realty or Property Developer company is a great advantage. Knowledge in PAGIBIG and Titling processing is a requirement.

HOME ADVOCACY OFFICER
* Shall manage E+S Home Counseling, HDMF Loan Counseling and MSVS Processing
* Shall develop improved SH/EH Business Model
* Shall coordinate with government and other institutions in pursuit of best practices/policies for Responsible Home Ownership
* Must be a Business graduate with background in finance, economics or marketing, an advantage; experience in Loan/Credit Management and knowledge of HDMF and/or bank policies an advantage; at least 2 years related work experience in a supervisory/managerial position; analytical, resourceful, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

ACCOUNTING MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT
* Shall report directly to the Accounting Management Department Head
* Shall process disbursements (i.e., invoices, commissions), check validity of expenses, and ensure completeness of documents based on company policies
* Shall compute corresponding taxes daily transactions based on cash payments and receipts
* Shall check expenses against budget and ensure proper approval process, if necessary
* Shall maintain and organize records of all processed disbursements/commissions
* Candidates should be BS Accountancy with at least one (1) year experience in general accounting. Candidates must be highly organized, with good oral and written communication skills, proficient in MS Office, good interpersonal relationship skills, with sense of urgency.

GENERAL ACCOUNTING MANAGER
* Shall ensure the availability and integrity of the company’s financial data
* Shall analyze financial information and provide inputs for management decision-making
* Shall review and update financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure proper system of internal control
* Shall ensure strict implementation of financial policies and procedures
* Shall oversee general accounting and management accounting activities
* Shall ensure company’s compliance with BIR regulations, specifically tax requirements.
* Candidates should be graduates of Accounting from a reputable school; must be a Certified Public Accountant with at least 3 years managerial experience in Accounting; must have well honed financial, accounting, analytical, problem-solving, planning, budgeting, resource management, negotiation and decision making skills.

TREASURY MANAGER
* Shall ensure buyers’ payments are correctly deposited to their respective bank assignee
* Shall ensure that bank balances are enough to cover payment application requests
* Shall submit an accurate and on-time reports of cash position.
* Candidates should be graduates of Accounting from a reputable school; with strong background in bank reconciliation and familiar with bank transactions; with high tolerance for work pressure; proficient in the use of computers especially Windows applications; highly organized, logical, keen on details, patient and flexible.

BUDGET MANAGER
* Shall be responsible for completion of the budget.
* Shall also be charged for monthly preparation of the Management Report Package and preparation of adhoc management reporting requirements
* Candidates must be Certified Public Accountant; must have at least three years of solid experience as a Budget Manager or Accounting Manager with budgeting and management reporting experience; a team player, flexible and able to work with different kinds of people; excellent oral and written communication

PROPERTY CONSULTANTS
* Shall assist clients in realizing their housing and investment needs
* Shall ensure delivery of monthly sales target
* Shall provide after sales service
* Shall implement sales and marketing programs
* Must have selling experience in Horizontal/Residential or High Rise development, or Automotive, Insurance and Direct Selling Industries; must be 21-35 years of age; must be goal-driven, enthusiastic, with high level of self-confidence and honest; must have vast personal and business network; must be Bachelor’s degree holder of any business course.

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER
* Shall conduct market analysis and monitor competitive activity to define most pertinent needs-gap for product development
* Shall monitor sales performance and sales growth
* Candidates should be graduates of Marketing, Communications, or other related degrees; must have at least 1-2 years experience in Marketing; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is a plus but not a must; must be fluent in conversational English (spoken and written); with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; must have a strong sense of style.

MARKETING OFFICERS/MARKETING ASSISTANTS
* Shall conduct market analysis and monitor competitive activity to define most pertinent needs-gap for product development
* Shall monitor sales performance and sales growth
* Must have background in market research, brand management, events management; candidates should be graduates of BS or BA in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, English or an equivalent area of study; analytical and resourceful; excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.

SALES MANAGEMENT TEAM HEADS/SALES MANAGEMENT OFFICERS
* Shall prepare tactical sales operation plans and programs
* Shall also be in charge in allocating operational budget to support the said plans and programs
* Shall ensure that the mandated sales requirements are delivered on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis with quality sales
* Shall ensure continuous recruitment to have adequate number of active/productive selling units in his/her team
* Shall allocate the mandated sales requirements to his selling units
* Candidate must have a Bachelors Degree of any Business course or its equivalent; preferably with MBA but not necessary; with 2-5 years supervisory or managerial post in real estate selling business or in direct selling industry; must be resilient, persevering, honest, flexible, hardworking and results oriented; with excellent communication, coordination, negotiation and leadership skills.

ARCHITECT
* Candidates must be a license Architect
* At least 2 years of working experience with an architectural firm
* Applicants must be willing to work in Cavite or Laguna
* With good working knowledge in the application of design standards & the different codes' requirements
* Has basic project management skills
* Male/Female; not more than 30 years old

GRAPHIC ARTIST
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Art & Design, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Expert in using Macro Media Flash, 3D Studio Max, Autocad, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, etc.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City.
* A self starter, aggressive and can handle pressure

TRAINING ASSISTANT
* Candidates should be graduates of Communications, Psychology or any related course from a reputable school
* With 1-2 year experience in training
* Ability to conduct training programs
* Must have excellent communication and coordination skills; with pleasing personality.

VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR
* Perform admin processes for the villages that are served by the company
* In-charge of monitoring security and homeowners’ concerns
* Responsible for the maintenance and management of the villages
* Must have a bachelor’s degree in any business course. Preferably with experience in property management. Must be flexible and can work under pressure. Must have good interpersonal and communication skills. Must be honest. Must be able to work under minimal supervision. Must be willing to work in Cavite or Laguna area.

RESOURCE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT HEAD
* Responsible for the Strategic Control and Management of VLMI business operations.
* Oversees day-to-day operations of Resource Management Group which currently composed of Finance, Accounting and Customer Management Operation Departments.
* Administers and manages all outsourced services such as IT, HR, Legal and the like that may be needed by the business operations.
* Undertakes the necessary process improvements to ensure efficient and viable operations.
* Must be a graduate of any four year course preferably in the field of Finance or Accounting or Management. Preferably with MBA units. With at least five years direct management experience in Administration and Finance. With exposure in Information Technology is of great advantage. At least 30 years of age.
