Responsibilities:
* To travel to the branches assigned to him/her or to the other branches
of operations of the company.
* To handle 5 branches or more (depending on size and market) in an area
with a team of more than 20 staff.
* To prepare income statements and inventory reports.
* Responsible for the clustered stores' operations, sales and marketing
efforts and its financial targets.
* Responsible for customer interaction on a regular basis, nurturing the
existing relationships and in return increasing the sales of the branches.
* Will be responsible for leading and training his/her team and managing
their performance on a regular basis and maintaining team spirit.
* To facilitate and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
in the branches and in the team's performance.

Responsibilities:
* To develop/design and implement training programs based on the TNA conducted
in the units within the company.
* To develop assessment tool and test mechanisms for evaluation of the
training effectiveness and gauge levels of the participants.
* To design training programs based on the operational requirements and
the regular TNA conducted that will address needs of the target participants.
* To be the Central Communication Coordinator of the company in terms
of cascading corporate info, following up of deliverables and ensuring
compliance and monitoring of policies and processes.
