Company Overview
Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) is part of the multi-billion dollar conglomerate - Hinduja Group, which provides outsourcing solutions that include Back Office Processing, Contact Center services and customized IT solutions to its global clientele comprising several Fortune 500 Companies. We operate a global network of 58 contact and delivery centers across eleven countries, including the U.S., Canada, India, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy, Jamaica, UAE, the UK, and the Philippines.

HGS Philippines which opened in 2001 has five sites located in Quezon City, Muntinlupa City, and Iloilo City.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course (with or w/o work experience)
  • Completed at least 2 years in college with 6 months customer service experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and internet browsing
  • Willing to work in shifts and holidays
  • Amenable to work in Libis, Quezon City

  • Amenable to work in shifts and holidays
  • Ability to work in a non-scripted environment
  • Willing to work in Libis, Quezon City
