SAFETY ENGINEER
Qualifications:
- Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineering graduates
- Male, not more than 30 yrs. Old
- Must have at least 3 years work experience in developing and implementing Safety Prorams in a manufacturing company
- Preferably with training regarding Safety and OSHAS 18000
- Has strong leadership abilility and good communication skills
CADET ENGINEERS
Qualifications:
- Graduates of ECE, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Male or Female, not more than 30 yrs. Old
- Knowledge regarding Autocad, PLC, Elctrical Wiring and Troubleshooting is an advantage
- Preferably knowledgable in SPC, QC Tools, 5Why and 8D Analysis
- Licensed is an advantage but not required
COMPUTER PROGRAMMERS/ ANALYSTS
Qualifications:
- Graduates of Computer Science or Information Technology
- Male or Female, 21-25 yrs. Old
- Knowledgablein Windows Operating System, Visual Basic, Fox Pro, MySql
- Knowledgable in AS400, RPG, Linux or DB2 is highly desirable
- Can perform system analysis, design & programming
NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technologyor any computer-related course
- Male, not more than 35 years old
- With knowledge in administration and security background
- Knowledge in IBM AS400/RPG programming language is an advantage
- Has at least 1 year experience in troubleshooting computer hardware and network problems
LINE LEADER
Qualifications:
- Graduate of ECE, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering course
- Male, 23 to 28 years old
- With at least one (1) year experience related function
- Knowledgeable in TS16949 Standard, 7 QC Tools (FMEA, MSA, SPC)
- Posses strong leadership and good in handling people
- With good verbal & written communication skills
HRD STAFF
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Behavioral / Psychology course or any Business-related course
- Female, not more than 30 years old
- With at least 3 years experience in any HR function (Recruitment, Training, Employee Relations, Personnel Administartor)
- Experience in Training and Development is an advantage
- With above average communication skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
GENERAL AFFAIRS STAFF
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or any management-related course
- Preferably with work experience in General Affairs / Administrative functions preferably from a Japanese company
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Good command of English language both oral and written
- Female, not more than 30 years old
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
PLANNING STAFF
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering course
- Female, not more than 30 years old
- Preferably with experience in Production and Inventory Control
- Must be articulate, with excellent planning ability and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal relations and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows Applications
TECHNICIANS
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Technical-Vocational related course major in mechanical,electronics, electromechanical or electrical technology
- Male, not more than 30 years old
- Knowledgable in machine troubleshooting, machine improvement, preventiveand corrective maintenance
- With at least 1 year related work experience preferably in a manufacturing setting
