such as but not limited to product launches, trade exhibits, conferences, concerts, mall
shows, etc.
PR ASSOCIATE / MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
The PR Associate will assist the Director in translating media and
advertising campaigns into effective copy and press release materials as well as provide
creative content for the company website.
- Negotiate media tie-ups and strategic partnerships with various media organizations for each event project handled-preparing necessary packages and coordinate soonest sign-up and documentation;
- Coordinate efficient implementation of publicity and promotions efforts ensuring all media values solicited and given by partner media organizations are received and consummated within the timeline specified by the Project Manager;
- Prepare press releases and coordinate publication with partner media organizations, performing press rounds as may be necessary from time to time based on timeline given;
- Write scripts for various radio/T.V. plugs as may be necessary and prepare press and photo releases, coordinating publication and press rounds based on timelines;
- Coordinate timely preparation of marketing collaterals, publicity messages, and activities- to include, posters, flyers, radio/t.v. plugs, print & online ads-collating necessary materials for the same (e.g. logos, ad materials, etc.);
- Organize press conferences, media briefings, and other media relations activities, also serve as spokesperson in radio/t.v. guestings, among other publicity and promotion drives; and
- Undertake similar other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Male or Female, 21-26 years old;
- Must possess a bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising, or Mass Communications;
- At least 1 year experience in copywriting, PR writing, writing news and feature articles in a newspaper or public relations agency;
- Loves the nightlife and enjoys covering special events (i.e. parties, concerts, shows, etc.);
- Working knowledge of page layout and graphic design softwares (i.e. Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.) will be an advantage;
- Must have a pleasing personality, good interpersonal skills and exemplary work ethics;
- With superior written and oral communication skills in English and Filipino;
- Willing to work in Pasig City, especially for a startup company;
- Can work before or beyond office hours; and
- Must be willing to travel; attend events and social functions.
EXHIBIT SALES REPRESENTATIVES
Responsibilities:
The Exhibit Sales Representative will be responsible for sourcing potential
exhibitors, sponsors, and event partners for the various exhibits being organized by the
company.
- Source potential clients through generating sales leads, utilizing all available resources and be able to convert the same into active accounts for maximum profitability in favor of the company;
- Perform day-to-day telemarketing and build own database of (potential exhibitors/sponsors) for the various events being handled by the company;
- Engage potential sponsors/exhibitors following pre-defined financial objectives as determined by the Project Manager and be able to submit progress reports as may be necessary from time to time;
- Represent the company to various meetings called by clients, perform sales presentations, negotiate potential sign-up and close deals, based on financial objectives set by the company;
- Draft own proposals and letters, prepare presentation materials, and perform dutiful follow-up of each proposal sent to prospective clients;
- Perform day-to-day fax brigade, email blast, and coordinate hard-copy delivery with the company's messengerial service; and
- Undertake other related tasks as may be given from time to time.
Requirements:
- Male or Female, 21-26 years old;
- With bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines;
- Adept at business writing with superior English communication skills (both spoken and written) who can write own proposals;
- Above-average presentation and negotiation skills with at least 1 year experience doing corporate sales and account management;
- Performance oriented, able to multitask, very ambitious and can meet financial quotas even on strict timelines;
- Interested in pursuing a progressive sales career;
- With pleasing personality, good interpersonal skills and exemplary work ethics;

GRAPHIC DESIGNER / MULTIMEDIA ARTIST
Responsibilities:
Successful candidate will be responsible for all graphic/visual design
requirements for the successful implementation of all events and special projects being
handled by the company. He/She will be visualizing creative concepts into effective
multimedia presentations (i.e. print collaterals, audio ads, videos, website, online
ads, etc.).
Requirements:
- Male or Female, 21-26 years old;
- With bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Advertising, Digital Media Arts, Visual Communications, or its equivalent;
- Must have AT LEAST ONE (1) year experience in Web design and development.
- At least 1 year experience in Development with PHP, HTML, Java Script, and Flash.
- Must possess extensive knowledge of design software including but not limited to Flash MX, Dreamweaver MX, Adobe Photoshop CS2, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, 3D StudioMax, AutoCAD, among others;
- Interested in photography and is very good in color correction and image enhancements
- Must have fantastic creativity and the ability to define and work to a production schedule.
- Above average layouting skills, preferably with experience in designing newsletters, magazines, journals, and many others;
- Excellent written, oral and team work skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new software and hardware skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks and challenges.
- Possesses extensive knowledge of interface design and how it works with the web.
- Candidate must be organized, self-starting, and precise.
- Must have the ability to work under stringent deadlines and meets timeline goals.
- Demonstrate dependability through good attendance and adherence to timelines and schedules;
- Must be highly creative and attentive to details;
- Speaks and writes good English and familiar with the internet and its applications;
