DLM Konstruct Inc. began in 2002 as a Sub-Contractor of leading General Contractors for commercial buildings, schools and churches. Our Company constructed residential projects by providing services from design to construction. Formerly registered as DLM Surveying and Construction - a Single Proprietorship under the Ownership and Supervision of Engineer Dandy L. Misolania. Since then, DLM has built its reputation consistent to its mission in all its projects and maintained its commitments right on schedule and in accordance to the specification requirements.
Five years later DLM Surveying and Construction expanded its Construction Operation and Services and has expanded into General Construction Works now known as DLM Konstruct, Inc. which was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on September 19, 2007. Through its association with the leading developers in the country such as Ayala Land, Robinsons Land, Century Properties to name a few, our Company boosts its Technical and Construction Group that provides superior quality services to its valued clients.
Today, DLM Konstruct, Inc. had proven to be one of the competitive Contractors in the Philippine construction scene.
