  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science or Engineering

  • Proficient in basic computer operations

  • Able to relate with customers courteously, and develop rapport
  • Dependable and has good work ethic
  • Pays attention to detail
  • Is fluent in English and communicates effectively
  • Able to solve problems creatively and effectively

INBOUND CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVES
(Sales, General Customer Service, Financial)

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree from any field
  • Minimum requirement: Completion of at least 2 years of college studies

Candidate Profile

  • Proficient in basic computer operations
  • Must be flexible and willing to be assigned to varying work hours
  • Able to relate with customers courteously, and develop rapport
  • Dependable and has good work ethic
  • Pays attention to detail
  • Is fluent in English and communicates effectively

OUTBOUND CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE
Type of Account: After Sales, Collections

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum requirement: Completion of at least 2 years of college studies

Candidate Profile

  • Must be willing to work in Makati City on a shifting schedule, mostly graveyard shift
  • Must have an excellent command of the English language.
  • Comfortable speaking with Americans and be highly conversational
  • Should be energetic, lively and enthusiastic, while providing professional customer service
  • Applicants with at least six (6) months of call center experience (preferably outbound) are encouraged to apply
  • Full-Time positions available.

Interface with customers through outbound calls to up-sell, collection, after sales, solve problems and help the customer with product and services.

 

RECRUITMENT SPECIALISTS
(Commonwealth)

Educational Background·

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or related field, and/or at least one year experience in recruitment work

Candidate Profile

    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with external and internal parties at different levels of the organization
    • Ability to work independent of close supervision, combined with strong potentials to lead a team
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver results according to business priorities
    • Analytical and decision-making skills for problem identification and sound resolution
    • Proficient in various Windows-based software application programs including Lotus Notes

Dimension & Scope

Responsibilities include working with various clients/projects to assess their hiring needs; assisting in implementing recruitment strategies within budget; participating in various recruitment fairs; overseeing testing of applicants and conducting interviews; and short listing applications for timely endorsement of qualified candidates to respective clients/projects
