For the last 5 years, work has more than doubled in ASP office. This
is due to our dramatic increase in chapters and members, and of course
the expansion and improvements of our programs and services.
So we need more Angels to work full time in ASP haven. Needless to
say, these angels should have the heart to work for families dealing
with autism.
PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR
Reporting directly to the Executive Director, he/she will ensure timely delivery of ASP's basic programs and services: chapter building, training, information dissemi nation, public education, special events, membership, and office administration. He/she will also assist the Executive Director in drafting policies, systems and procedures.
Qualifications:
- preferably with at least two years of supervisory experience in an NGO or ser vice-related company
- previous work experience in training and events management an advantage
- enjoys dealing with different kinds of people
- good communication skills, excellent in written English
- highly literate in computer
PROGRAM ASSISTANT
He/she will be responsible for coordination and preparation of materials, mainly com puter-generated, needed for training programs, information dissemination and special events. During training programs and special events, he/she will act as production assistant.
Qualifications:
- At least college graduate
- good communication skills, excellent in written English
- highly proficient in computer tasks, including photoshop and basic website maintenance
- creative
- enjoys dealing with different kinds of people
