INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
(Alabang/Cubao)

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have completed at lest their sophomore year in college in any field.
  • Required language(s): English.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City or Cubao, Quezon City
  • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Full-Time positions available.
  • Preferably with customer service experience in a call center industry (exposure to international clients would be an advantage)
  • Must possess excellent communication, listening and problem-solving skills
  • Must have working knowledge of computers and the internet; can type 25 wpm
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be willing to work on shifts particularly night shift


INBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE
(CUBAO)

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have completed at least 2 years of College education in any field.
  • Required language(s): English
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Windows and internet navigation
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cubao,Quezon City.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in shifting schedules, including graveyard.
  • At least six (6) months inbound/outbound sales experience in the Call Center industry.

PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/ Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/ Administrative Support or equivalent.

CORPORATE QUALITY ANALYST

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cubao.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Experience: 6 - 9 months call center experience. Demonstrated 97% quality score for at least 6 months preferred.
  • Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities: Excellent listening skills. Ability to remain objective. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with all levels of the organization. Detail oriented. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word). Excellent problem solving skills.


TECHNICAL ANALYST

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cubao.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
  • 1 Full-Time position available.


BILLING ANALYST

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably experienced employees specializing in Finance - General/ Cost Accounting or equivalent. Job role in Basic Accounting/Bookkeeping/ Accounts Executive or Financial Accounting & Reporting.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in shifting schedules, including graveyard.
  • Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
  • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.


ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Finance/Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Analytic skills and knowledge of general ledger accounting.
  • Ability to meet stringent deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook. Essbase, Hyperion and Lawson accounting package a plus.
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules, including graveyard.


BENEFITS MANAGER

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: Over ten years Benefits Administration and Coordination, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities: Previous supervisory responsibility required. Extensive knowledge of current benefits-related legislation in the US and Philippines, such as FMLA and HIPAA. Professional presence required. Ability to conduct stand-up benefits/skills training. Lawson experience preferred.


RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST - NIGHT SHIFT

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Sales and marketing skills desirable.
  • Knowledge and experience in best practices related to candidate process management, behavioral interviewing, and other assessment techniques.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
  • Ability adapt to changing business priorities.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Hands-on experience in recruiting highly complex roles.
  • Must be available to work US hours.

Work Experience:

  • 5-7 years experience recruiting senior level candidates for the United States/Philippines.
  • Experience with international BPO or professional services organizations strongly preferred.


SOURCING SPECIALIST

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Research, sales and marketing skills desirable.
  • Knowledge and experience in best practices related to identifying senior level talent.
  • Knowledge of iCMS or similar applicant tracking system preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business priorities.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Hands-on experience in sourcing highly complex roles.
  • Must be available to work US hours.

Work Experience:

  • 4-5 years experience sourcing senior level candidates for the United States
  • Experience with international BPO or professional services organizations strongly preferred.
