When you create an account, you will need to give your contact details (name,address,telephone numbers and e-mail address). Payments will be in cash basis thus no other data will be asked from you.

Returns Policy

Our commitment to customer satisfaction includes a returns policy. Only in the following instances will an item/book be allowed to be returned : incorrect item/book sent, printing errors or loss of book pages, or when item sent does not meet product specifications.

You can return the item/book within thirty (30) days from receipt of merchandise. Goodwill Bookstore will replace the item/book. Please notify us through e-mail stating your name, description of the item/book and the reason why it will be returned. We will respond within 24 hours to give you detailed instructions on how to go about the process.
